Welcome to Mailtation. By using our email infrastructure platform, you agree to the following terms.
Mailtation provides: custom domain email management with DNS verification (SPF, DKIM, DMARC); mailbox creation and management with IMAP/SMTP access; a web-based email client for reading and composing emails; cloud email sending service integration (Tencent SES) with template management; API access for programmatic email sending; and subscription plans with tiered features.
You are responsible for: maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys; ensuring your email usage complies with applicable laws and regulations; properly configuring DNS records for your domains; backing up important email data.
You agree not to: send spam, phishing emails, or unauthorized bulk email; use the platform for illegal activities; attempt to circumvent platform security measures; share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
Email data is stored on the deployment server. You are responsible for server security and data backups. See our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data handling.
Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. Payments are processed through Alipay/WeChat Pay or Stripe. Plan features are subject to the limits specified on the pricing page. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
The platform is provided "as is". We are not responsible for email delivery failures caused by DNS misconfiguration, third-party service outages, or recipient server policies. Email deliverability depends on proper SPF, DKIM, and DMARC configuration.
